In 1996 the Diocesan Headquarters moved from the ICL to the newly build
facilities at St. Joseph's in Mpika.
The cathedral is used already but not yet consecrated and St. Andrew's parish has not yet been subdivided.

St. Andrew's Parish in Mpika is one of the biggest parishes
in the Diocese. Fr. John Mulanda and Fr. Lazarus Mwiko are also
looking after parts of Katibunga parish and Lwitikila parish.
