Mansa Diocese gets a Bishop

His Holiness Pope Francis on 30 November 2013  appointed Msgr. Patrick Chisanga, OFM. Conv. as bishop of Mansa Diocese. The bishop-elect is currently professor at St. Bonaventure College in Lusaka.
