How does is work?

The foundation is based in Mainz/Germany as a trustfund under the Diocese of Mainz. It has been erected according the law of the State of Rhineland-Palatine. Father Klaus Holzamer is the executive chairman, assisted by two priests appointed by the Diocese of Mainz. The executive is administering the funds of the foundation. Only the interests of the capital are used for the support of Mpika Diocese, the foundation’s capital remains untouched. The diocese of Mpika proposes each year, how funds should be used according to a distribution key adopted by the foundation.
